Sometimes words
aren't enough —
or they're too much.
Sound, breath, and vibration offer another language for healing. Somatic soundwork invites you back into your body — into stillness, into the parts of you that don't need to explain themselves to begin to heal.
Sound works with the body — not around it.
Somatic soundwork combines the therapeutic use of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and tuning forks with intentional breathwork, vocal tone, and somatic body awareness. Together, these tools support emotional release, vagus nerve activation, and deep nervous system regulation.
The vibrations from sound healing work directly with your body — helping move you out of survival mode and into a parasympathetic rest-and-restore state where true healing often begins.
Whether you're healing, resting, or simply curious.
Somatic soundwork is for anyone who feels stuck in talk therapy and wants a more embodied approach — and for anyone who simply longs for rest. Whether you're recovering from trauma, navigating sensory overload, or exploring something new, no prior experience with sound healing is needed.
In a world that demands constant thinking and doing, somatic soundwork is an invitation back into being.
Crystal Singing Bowls
Chakra-tuned crystal bowls whose resonant tones move through the body, releasing tension and inviting deep stillness.
Tibetan Bowls
Ancient singing bowls with rich, layered overtones that ground the nervous system and anchor you in the present moment.
Tuning Forks
Precise vibrational instruments applied to specific points on the body to support nervous system calibration and energetic balance.
Breathwork
Intentional breathwork practices — calming, energizing, or grounding — tailored to what your nervous system needs in the moment.
Vocal Toning & Chanting
Vocal release techniques that activate the vagus nerve, reclaim your voice, and deepen the embodied experience of sound.
Somatic Body Awareness
Guided attention to body sensations that helps you track, complete, and integrate what the body is already trying to process.
Sound bypasses the thinking mind — and speaks directly to the body.
In sessions that weave together Somatic Experiencing, IFS, or EMDR, soundwork helps integrate what you've already processed. It can soothe overwhelmed parts, calm emotional waves, or provide safe anchoring after difficult work.
For many clients, somatic soundwork becomes a way to safely experience pleasure, calm, and connection — often for the first time in a long time.
Integrates with Somatic Experiencing
Sound deepens titration and pendulation, supporting the body's natural trauma completion cycles.
Integrates with IFS
Sound can settle protective parts and create space for exiles to be heard without overwhelm.
Integrates with EMDR
Soundwork after reprocessing helps anchor new, adaptive neural pathways in the body — not just the mind.
Chakra-tuned crystal singing bowl sound baths
For individuals or small groups — designed specifically around your energetic and nervous system needs.
Standalone somatic soundwork sessions
Focused entirely on nervous system regulation, with no talk therapy required — just you and the sound.
Integrated therapeutic sessions
Weaving somatic therapy and sound work together within a single session for deeper, more embodied healing.
Breathwork practices
Calming, energizing, or grounding breathwork — chosen based on what your body and session call for.
Chanting & vocal release
Techniques to activate the vagus nerve, open the throat, and reclaim your voice as part of your healing.
