Choosing the right bundle
Our pricing is an honor-based, sliding-scale system — you choose the tier that honestly reflects your financial reality, no documentation required. Standard (Full Rate) is for those with stable income and financial flexibility. Sliding (Community Rate) is for moderate or variable income. Access Rate is for those experiencing financial hardship, and is subject to slot availability.

Bundle & Cancellation Policy
Please review the following before purchasing. By purchasing a session bundle, you agree to the terms below.
48-Hour Cancellation Notice
Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of that session from your bundle.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled session without any notice ("no-show") will result in forfeiture of that session from your bundle. No credit, refund, or make-up session will be provided for no-shows.
6-Month Usage Window
All sessions included in a bundle must be scheduled and completed within 6 months of the purchase date. Sessions not used within this window are forfeited and will not be refunded or extended, except at the sole discretion of The Healing Spot.
Non-Refundable
Bundle purchases are final and non-refundable. Unused sessions within an active bundle may be transferred to account credit toward future services but will not be refunded to the original form of payment.
- All bundle purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of the number of sessions used, reason for cancellation, or change in circumstances. No refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, in cash, or via any payment plan provider (including Affirm or Klarna), except where required by applicable law.
- Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time are considered used and will be deducted from the bundle. This includes cancellations due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or other personal circumstances.
- A no-show (failure to attend a scheduled session with no prior notice) is treated the same as a late cancellation and will be deducted from the bundle in full.
- All sessions must be completed within 6 months of the original purchase date. It is the client's responsibility to schedule sessions within this window. Unused sessions expire at the end of the 6-month period and are forfeited.
- If a payment plan (Affirm or Klarna) is used to purchase a bundle, the client remains responsible for the full repayment terms of that plan, including in the event that sessions are forfeited due to cancellation policies, no-shows, or expiration.
- In lieu of a refund, unused, non-expired bundle sessions may be converted to account credit toward future services at The Healing Spot, at the sole discretion of the practice, and subject to a written request.
- Bundles purchased at the Access Rate are subject to slot availability and may be limited or discontinued at the practice's discretion to preserve access for clients experiencing financial hardship.
- The Healing Spot reserves the right to update these policies at any time; the policy in effect at the time of purchase will govern that bundle.
