Training Catalog
Six Signature Sessions
Each session can be delivered as a standalone workshop, keynote, or as part of a curated multi-session series for your organization.
The Body as Witness: Somatic Approaches to Healing Trauma
The body holds what words often cannot express. This session explores how somatic approaches help individuals access, process, and release trauma stored in the nervous system, offering practical tools to bring body awareness into therapeutic and organizational settings in a way that is both evidence-informed and deeply humanizing.
Somatic TherapyRooted in Liberation: Decolonizing Mental Health Practice
Mental health frameworks were not built with everyone in mind. This session invites participants to examine how colonization has shaped diagnostic and treatment models, offering a liberation-centered approach to care that honors the cultural, historical, and systemic contexts shaping their clients' lives and healing journeys.
Liberation PsychologyReading Between the Parts: IFS as a Diagnostic Lens
Traditional diagnostic frameworks often miss the layered, parts-driven experience of complex trauma. This session introduces Internal Family Systems as a powerful clinical lens for understanding symptom presentation, helping practitioners see beyond the diagnosis to the protective and exiled parts that are working to survive.
Internal Family SystemsEmbodied Evidence: Somatic and Trauma-Informed Assessment
Assessment does not have to be a disconnected, checklist-driven process. This session guides clinicians through integrating somatic and trauma-informed principles into their assessment practices, gathering richer clinical information while keeping nervous system safety at the center of every interaction.
Clinical AssessmentThe Inner Alliance: Utilizing IFS to Support Healing from Within
Healing is not about fixing what is broken. It is about building trust within. This session explores how IFS helps individuals develop a compassionate relationship with their internal system, creating the inner safety needed for lasting change, genuine self-leadership, and organizational resilience.
Internal Family SystemsReclaiming the Body: IFS and Somatic Healing for Black Bodies
Black employees and clients carry trauma that is personal, intergenerational, and systemic all at once. This session explores the intersection of IFS and somatic healing through a Black cultural lens, examining how race-based trauma lives in the body and supporting Black individuals in reclaiming safety, agency, and healing.
Cultural HealingOur Philosophy
Healing is not a luxury. It is a necessity.
We design training experiences that meet your workforce where they are, acknowledging the layered realities of trauma, identity, and systemic stress that employees carry into every meeting room.
Grounded in clinical frameworks including Internal Family Systems and somatic therapy with measurable organizational outcomes.
We acknowledge and address the historical, cultural, and systemic forces that shape how individuals experience stress and healing.
Every session equips participants with tools they can integrate immediately into their clinical work, leadership, or daily practice.
The body holds what words cannot always express. Our work begins there.
