Before scheduling, please take a few moments to read through the information below — it'll help us both get a sense of whether The Healing Spot is the right fit for you. Once you complete this form, you'll be directed to select a date and time for your consultation.

$25 Consultation Booking Fee A $25 non-refundable fee is required to hold your consultation slot. This is collected when you book on the scheduling link. This amount is credited toward your first therapy session if we move forward together.

About This Consultation

Consultations are an opportunity for us to connect, explore your goals, and talk through whether my services align with what you're looking for. This is a free 15–20 minute call — the $25 booking fee simply holds your time on my calendar and is credited back to you at your first session.

Who I Work With

My practice centers affirming, trauma-informed care for individuals who may not always feel seen or understood in traditional therapeutic spaces. I love working with:

  • Neurodivergent individuals
  • Women
  • BIPOC communities
  • LGBTQ+ individuals
  • Fellow therapists, healers, and helpers
  • Those in kink, BDSM, or ethically non-monogamous / polyamorous relationships and communities

Who This Practice May Not Be the Right Fit For

I want to be transparent so you can make the most informed decision about your care. At this time, my services aren't a clinical match for folks who:

  • Are currently in crisis or experiencing high-acuity psychiatric symptoms requiring intensive support
  • Have an active or recent diagnosis of a personality disorder or psychosis
  • Have a diagnosis of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
  • Are experiencing severe depression requiring a higher level of care
  • Are managing an active, untreated substance use disorder
  • Have a current eating disorder diagnosis
  • Are minors (under 18 years of age)
  • Are seeking court-ordered treatment, legal documentation, or a forensic evaluation
  • Are involved in active legal proceedings where mental health records may be subpoenaed or required
  • Reside outside of Georgia, Florida, California, or South Carolina

Financial Readiness

The Healing Spot is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance. Sessions are offered on a community pricing model ranging from $150–$215 per 50-minute session. I want to make sure we're not spending time exploring something that won't be financially sustainable for you right now.

That's completely okay — here's what I want you to know. Sessions range from $150 (Access Rate) to $215 (Full Rate) per 50-minute session. Community and Access tier clients can also purchase session bundles using Affirm or Klarna, which spreads the cost across a payment plan at no extra commitment upfront.

This gives me a sense of your schedule — you'll choose your exact consultation time on the calendar after submitting. Sessions start at 11 AM Monday–Wednesday. Sunday sessions start at 10 AM and have limited availability. Thursday is virtual only. In-person sessions are available Sunday–Wednesday at 1074 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Suite K, Atlanta, GA 30306.

Consultation Format

This consultation is a virtual meeting held over Google Meet. A link will be sent to you upon scheduling. You are welcome to keep your camera off if you're not comfortable being on video.

Consultation Booking Fee

A $25 non-refundable booking fee is required to hold your consultation time. This is collected when you book on the scheduling link. This amount is credited toward your first therapy session if we move forward together.

Your Appointment

Please choose a time that genuinely works for your schedule. If you need to reschedule, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance by texting 888-234-7171 or emailing hello@healingspotatl.com. Consultations will be canceled if you are more than 10 minutes late.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We hold your consultation time specifically for you. Out of respect for your time and ours, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. A $25 rebooking fee will be required before a new consultation can be scheduled in the event of:

  • A no-show
  • A cancellation or reschedule request made with less than 24 hours' notice

This fee is separate from session fees and applies to the consultation appointment only.
