Shae is a psychotherapist specializing in clinical evaluations for immigration cases, also known as psychological evaluations. Shae has over 10 years of experience providing detailed, compelling, and rich evaluations. Her evaluations bring life to each individual’s life story to strengthen and enhance their cases.

An immigration psychological evaluation will assess the psychological state of an individual to assist the courts in determining whether one is allowed to remain in the states lawfully.

Each evaluation includes two 1-1.5 hour meetings and a thorough write-up of the evaluation.

If requested, your evaluation can be completed in 1 session, 2.5 - 3 hours. However, if possible, two meetings are suggested.

Fee $900

Evaluations are typically completed within 2-4 weeks

Rush option is available for an additional fee of $300 (less than 2 weeks)

If needed within 5 days, the fee is $1500

Flexible Payment Plans are available- pay on your terms- evaluation released upon final payment

Types of cases that benefit from an immigration evaluation?

  • This is also called an I-601 OR I-601A Waiver.

    This evaluation is for a U.S. Citizen or legal resident who is petitioning for an undocumented family member who may be at risk of leaving the country.

    This waiver assesses if the family member or the family were to relocate it would cause extreme hardship.

  • This psychological assessment assesses those who have fled their home country.

    There is a fear of returning to their home country due to being a part of a targeted social group.

    These social groups may include: Ethnicity/Race, Nationality, Religious Beliefs, Sexual Orientation/Gender Expression, or Political Views.

  • The VAWA act provides special protection to non-citizen spouses and children who have suffered abuse or extreme cruelty at the hands of a US Citizen or permanent resident. The US Citizen or permanent resident may be a spouse or adult child for example.

    This assessment will assess the individual seeking a VAWA for signs of domestic violence and/or trauma-related symptoms.

  • This assessment is for immigrants who are victims of certain crimes. The U Visa seeks to assist law enforcement in the prosecution of those that have committed crimes and protect immigrants who are victims of crimes.

    These crimes may include: trafficking, abduction, blackmail, domestic violence, extortion, false imprisonment, murder, assault, stalking, etc.

  • A T visa is a type of visa allowing certain victims of human trafficking and immediate family members to remain and work temporarily in the United States, typically if they report the crime to law enforcement and agree to help them in the investigation and/or prosecution of the crime committed against them.

    A payment of $100 is required to secure your appointment.

  • The appointment is 2.5-3 hours long or if needed you may split your time in half by doing 2 separate session, 1.5 hr each.

  • Yes, I offer very flexible payment plans, meaning you pay on your terms. You determine how frequently you wish to pay towards your balance. The evaluation will be released upon your final payment.

    A payment of $100 is required to secure your appointment.

  • Yes, I offer in-person sessions most days of the week depending on availability as early as 7am and as late as 2pm.

    In person sessions are held at 1074 Ponce De Leon Ave, Atlanta, Ga with free parking.

  • Your evaluation will be completed depending on the option you select. We have 3 options:

    • 2-3 week completion after your evaluation - $900

    • Less than 2 weeks- $1200

    • Within 5 days- $1500

  • Yes, if you need an interpreter in your preferred language it is an additional $300.

  • I can only see residents that are in the states that I am licensed in: Georgia, Florida, South Carolina and California.
